激勵帶動事物的發展
當人們缺乏熱情與動力時，往往是因為缺少遠見、支持、力量，或愛的激勵。
在這種情況下，事情的進展不是變得緩慢，就是偏離正確的方向；因為人們投入的只是身體，而不是他們的心與靈魂。
在這樣的氛圍裡，本來收到激勵的幾個人就能完成的工作，卻需要動用很多人才能完成。我痛苦地看到這一幕不斷地上演。
然而，一位優秀的領導者可以扭轉這一局面——有時甚至幾乎是在一瞬之間。
Inspiration Moves Things
If people are uninspired, it is because there is either no vision, support, empowerment or love. Then progress slows down or goes in the wrong direction because people only participate with their bodies, not their hearts and souls. In this climate, it takes many people to accomplish the work that a few inspired souls could achieve. I have painfully seen this happen again and again. However, one good leader can turn this around - sometimes almost instantly.
